Canary Wharf Learning Centre Has Been Established In Canary Wharf For Over 20 Years, Working In Partnership With Canary Wharf Contractors And Unite The Union To Deliver Learning To Construction Workers. The Learning Centre Has Evolved Over The Years As An Awarding Winning Centre For The London Delivery Authority And A CSCS Internet Based Test Centre.
